Fun in the Shower Room: SUBMISSION #16
In the past few months, I've received a number of photos for inclusion to the existing Shower Room Gallery. While I'm grateful and touched by the submissions, hesitantly, I had to make the decision not to post a few of them for various reasons (decapitated torsos, poor lighting, etc...)
And then, there are some who go out of their way to send me something really special. Such is the case for the next submission who could very well be my first loyal reader.

This is Mark from Atlanta. He's taking a break from blogging right now. When we initially conversed, I inquired about the backstory behind his e-mail signature line: "...well let your hair down, let's see what you look like."Patsy Cline (1932-1963)
Essentially, the quote relates to putting one's real self forward. I thought it was quite fitting to the recurring Shower Room motto of putting myself out there as honest and human as I possibly can, with my mistakes and glory. To be admired? To be ridiculed? Or perhaps inspire others to do the same?
Here we have Mark letting his hair down.
It's a wonderful photo representation of letting go, the serenity of being true to yourself. And boys and girls, nothing is more beautiful.

News Tidbit: According to Mark: "my dad and I are going to be featured in the December issue of Instinct magazine as he was chosen "Dad of the Month" based on my nomination." I'll make sure to pick up a copy when the issue comes out.
